    What if everyone in Australia had a garage sale on the same day? There'd be bargains, a chance to meet your neighbours and a whole bunch of fun to be had.

    Launched in Bondi Beach in 2010, we took it national in 2011 with 25 local governments taking part and an estimate 72,000 goods redistributed Australia-wide.

    Ambassadors include Wallabies captain Rocky Elsom, model Annalise Braakensiek and TV presenter Yumi Stynes.

    Owned and operated as a collaboration between Darryl Nichols, Rodriguez and Republic of Everyone, the Garage Sale represents everything we're all about: sustainability, community and having a good time.
